The Haugh Performing Arts Center and Cirus College's Fine and Performing Arts Department aim to serve audiences by offering programs that celebrate the arts, as well as including using the arts as a teaching tool.

In conjunction with area schools, the Haugh Performing Arts Center and adjoining Little Theatre offer school-day performances for groups of students throughout the season.
