​​​​​​​If you had tickets to a canceled or postponed performance, here are the options you have for using your account credit. ​New dates will be updated on our event page as we get them. You can find a list of all performances affected by COVID-19 cancellations here​.

HOLD ON TO YOUR SEATS:
We are working to reschedule most of our shows. Although we do not have specific dates and times yet, you can hold on to your same seats for the rescheduled performance. If you cannot attend the new dates once they are announced, or if we are unable to reschedule the performance, we can still refund your tickets at that time. If you would like to keep your seats, call the Box Office during box office hours or email us at hpac@citruscollege.edu and let us know.

KEEP MY CREDIT TO USE LATER:
Of course, you can opt to keep your credit for a future performance, including those in the 20/21 Season. If you would like to keep your credit, you don't have to do anything, it's already on your account.

DONATE MY TICKETS:
Any donations are tax deductible and greatly help the Haugh Performing Arts Center and the Visual and Performing Arts Division of Citrus College. They are very much appreciated. If you would like to donate your tickets, feel free to call the Box office during our box office hours or email us at hpac@citruscollege.edu and get a big thank you from us.

FULL REFUND:
We can apply your account credit for these tickets as a refund onto any credit card of your choosing. If you would like a refund, please call the temporary Box Office line. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to call or email us.​
